This is the last remaining premium space and the last remaining speaking slot.
The Newport B space is located in a great traffic area, on the Mezzanine floor, with the speakers, VIP and media rooms.
We can comfortably accommodate three brands in 10x10 spaces.
Customized video services will also be provided, including on-site interviews, footage of the speaker presentations and general event coverage.

All booths are carpeted with diffused ceiling lighting throughout the venue.
FREIGHT, SHIPPING AND LOAD IN
You can move your own freight through the loading dock on the East side of the Hilton, or through the doors on the north and west. Please park and unload, then move your car immediately. This makes a difference for everyone.
Or you can ship your freight directly to the Hotel for delivery to your Booth. You MUST fill out and send the PDF form below directly to the Hotel.

EXHIBITOR PARKING
We have negotiated a flat rate with the Hilton. (No in/out privileges). Pick up your discounted Parking coupon at the Expo Registration tables in the Lobby.
If you are staying at the Hilton, you will find your parking cost on your Hilton bill. Make sure you get the EXIT ticket from the Hotel Registration.before departure.
If you have an oversized vehicle, rooftop parking is available at the Parking Spot adjacent to the Hilton on West Century Blvd.
The Expo does not pay for Exhibitor parking. DO NOT park in the loading docks or side and back alleys except briefly during loading and unloading.
