THE COLETTE TECHNIQUE

The Colette Technique is an innovative approach to healing. Experiences from our past create reactions in our future. Trauma (a wound) is not what happened, it’s how you felt then, and feel now, because of those traumatic experiences. Most of the time we are not even aware that we are reacting and living from a brain program (old beliefs) that has nothing to do with the present self or reality.

How do we know we are on auto-pilot and operating from ingrained patterns?

Anxiety, depression, and addiction are clear signals from the brain that something’s wrong. These programs created for survival were necessary as a child. In Harvard’s 2012 study on the developing child, it cites that these coping mechanisms become detrimental as an adult.

The mind-body connection is vital in healing. Science has shown us that when you repress your emotions, you repress your immune system at the same time.  What you think makes you sick. In the last 10 years the rise in auto-immune disease (Lyme, diabetes, lupus and many more) are linked to stress and the suppression of our emotions. In addition, the rise in childhood diseases, anxiety, suicide, ADHD is increasing at an alarming rate!

Albert Einstein said that “No conflict can be solved from the same level of thinking that created it.” Similarly, the Buddha said that “with our thoughts we make the world. But first the world creates our thoughts.”

In this informative and healing session we will resolve those internal conflicts and change your thoughts to break through patterns that continuously sabotage your goals and desires to achieve health, abundance, and love. We will be doing a group healing, so you can quickly experience and understand how The Colette Technique for Core Trauma Healing works.
