EXHIBITOR & SPEAKER INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in our first annual Heal The Field event!
Our event content is focused upon Biofield Science and Energic Healing Modalities that empower individuals to optimize the integration of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
We are seeking exhibitors that offer products and services most in alignment with the theme of this event. Due to the size of the venue, and limited number of booth spaces (29), we will be strategically curating the selection of exhibitors to maximize exposure and revenue potential.

MAIN LEVEL BALLROOM – mainstage, intermittent entertainment, visual arts, panel discussions, table seating for 250.

A private, enclosed room adjacent to the lobby is available for immersive activations - approximately 15 x 15 (if desired, existing furniture can be moved to create more space).

Each booth comes with a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, electricity and internet is free to exhibitors.

There are no pipes & drapes at this venue. Please bring standing roll-up banners. 25 booths are located against a back wall. There are 4 booths on the mezzanine level that are located against the railing. Refer to the floor plan diagrams below.

Mezzanine level workshop room with a small stage and large scree monitor seats 150. Speaker presentations are 30 minutes long. You do not have to purchase an exhibitor booth to be a speaker.

There will be 3 panel discussions on the main level ballroom stage during the event, 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday (90 minutes each). The workshop room will be closed at these times and speakers will be invited to participate on various panels.
ALL WORKSHOPS AND PANELS ARE FREE WITH GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET
PARKING & LOAD IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

There is a private driveway adjacent to the south side of the building for load in and out only. THIS IS NOT A LONG TERM PARKING AREA AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY.

There are 3 building entrances, one through the main lobby with a few steps, another opening to the ballroom stage area, with approximately 15 steps and one along the side of the ballroom, with an exterior ramp.

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own carts, dolly's, etc.. for transporting materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of full payment returned up to 75 days before the event. 30% of full payment returned 30-60 days before the event.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS BEYOND JUNE 27, 2024. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Our June 21-23, 2042 event is a ‘Rain or Shine’ event. In the event of cancellation due to an unforeseen circumstance, natural disaster, or ‘act of god’, your fee is fully refundable or transferable to a different Wholehuman Collective event.
